This is great for the less than 0.01% of companies that become decacorns, but what about the other 99.9%?

Join Venture Connectors on Wednesday, April 5, to hear from Buddy Bockweg, CEO of Vsimple, who will share how his company is forging a new path forward. He believes there has been too much emphasis put on growth over the past decade and not enough on value creation: value for customers, value for employees, value for investors, value for co-founders, value for industry, value for community. A focus on value creation can have maximum impact on many areas. Buddy will share why it starts at the foundational level of the business, requires unwavering belief and self-sacrifice, places relationships over transactions, and MUST be instilled in the culture.
